You might not understand it very well, or “be very good at it” to begin with, but that's just like any new skill, isn't it? Lucky for you, meditation is very approachable and beginner-friendly.

Establishing a daily meditation practice is something everyone can benefit from, and setting one up doesn't have to be a big deal. 10, 5, or even 1 minute on a daily basis is an excellent way to start.

I sincerely recommend theWaking Up app available on iOS and Android. Their 28-day "Introductory Course" is great for beginners, and a great way to explore how and why to meditate.
